  • How often should I visit the dentist?
It’s recommended to see your dentist every 6 months for a routine check-up and cleaning, unless advised otherwise.
What issues can dental veneers fix?
Veneers are primarily used to improve the color, shape, and gaps of your teeth.
    How long do veneers last?
    Procelain: Can last 10 - 15 years.
Composite: Usually needs replacement or polishing every 3-5 years.
What are my options for replacing missing teeth?
We offer dental veneers, implants, bridges, and dentures depending on your needs and preferences.
    Is teeth whitening safe?
Yes, when performed by a dental professional, teeth whitening is safe and effective with long-lasting results.

What is the difference between Composite and Porcelain veneers?
Procelain Veneers: Offer a natural luster, high translucency, and superior strength. They are stain-resistant but more expensive and usually require removing a thin layer of enamel.
Composite Veneers: More affordable and can be shaped by the dentist in one visit. However, they are prone to staining/aging over time and lack the lifelike texture of porcelain.
    Can I choose "Hollywood White"??
Dentists usually recommend matching the shade to your skin tone and the whites of your eyes. Teeth that are too white can look artificial in daylight; an off-white or "natural white" is often a more aesthetic choice.
  • Do I have to shave down my teeth?
Modern "ultra-thin veneers" (approx. 0.2mm to 0.5mm) allow for minimal prep or even no-prep options. However, if your teeth are misaligned or protruded, some shaving is necessary to prevent the final result from looking too bulky.
Is the process painful? Do I need anesthesia?
The procedure is generally painless. If shaving is required, you might feel slight sensitivity, and the dentist may use local anesthesia. Some temporary cold/heat sensitivity is normal for a few days post-op.
  • How long do veneers last?
    Procelain: Can last 10 - 15 years.
Composite: Usually needs replacement or polishing every 3-5 years.
Will they fall off? Can I eat hard foods?
Modern bonding technology is very strong, so they won't fall off during normal eating. However, you must avoid biting into crab legs, opening bottle caps, or chewing ice, as these can cause the porcelain to chip or crack.
Do veneers cause bad breath or cavities?
Veneers themselves do not cause these issues. However, if they are poorly fitted (leaving gaps) or if you neglect flossing, food debris can accumulate at the margins, leading to gum disease or decay of the underlying tooth.
  • Can I change my mind later?
This is a common misconception. If you undergo prep-work (shaving), the process is irreversible. Since enamel does not grow back, you will need to wear veneers or crowns for the rest of your life.
Why is there such a huge price gap?
Prices vary based on the brand of materials (e.g., Ivoclar, Lava), the dentist's aesthetic skill, and the technician’s craftsmanship. Veneers are half medical procedure, half art.
